About Us
Are you tired of juggling multiple platforms just to keep your community active and engaged?
😫 One site for meetups, another for events, a third for discussions
—before you know it, you're managing more platforms than people! It’s a digital nightmare,
isn’t it? 😵💫
As a community manager, I was in the same boat. 🌊
My day looked like this: Meetup.com for gathering folks, Eventbrite for ticketing 🎟️, Slack for conversations 🗣️, and of course, Facebook Groups just because everyone’s on Facebook, right?
But what happens when you want it all in one place? 🤔
You end up jumping from tab to tab, platform to platform, wasting time, losing focus, and sometimes, even losing track of your community. 😰
What if there was a way to bring everything together—your meetups, your events, your discussions
—all under one roof? 🏠
Imagine one platform where you can do it all, seamlessly.
🎭 Story Time!
Back in the day, I was managing multiple groups on Meetup, trying to keep everything running smoothly. 🏃♂️
But let me tell you about my friend Amy, a fellow organiser who was always in a panic, trying to remember which platform she needed to update next.
Then there was Ben, who kept losing track of event RSVPs because he had them scattered across three different platforms. 😵
And don’t even get me started on Sarah, who spent more time managing her tools than her community.
We were all feeling the burn—$300 a year for Meetup, venue hire costs, and organisers' fees. When COVID hit, it became even harder to justify these costs. 💸
I knew we needed a better way—a platform that didn’t just meet our needs but exceeded them. 💡
Odd Circles is built for everyone—organisers, community builders, and members alike.
We want to be a platform for everyone, bringing people together, making connections easier, and saving you from the chaos of platform overload. 🌍
🚀 Impact on the World We’re here because we believe in the power of community. 💪
Odd Circles isn’t just about simplifying your life (though it does that brilliantly 😉); it’s about making a real impact.
When communities thrive, so does the world. 🌟 Why do we exist?

💬 Social Proof
Since our soft launch, nearly 1,000 people have joined Odd Circles, and we’re seeing hundreds of groups sprout up daily. 🌱 It’s incredible to witness the growth, and we’re just getting started! 🚀
🎙️ Real Conversations with Customers
Here’s a little peek into our support chats:
Chris: Hey, can you help me how I can add events inside my group?
Ash: Sure, just go to manage your group and click on the + Event button.
Chris: Ooh, that’s great, finally everything in one place.
Ash: Yeah, that is what we want to achieve.
Chris: Thanks, keep the good work going on.
🚧 What’s Next? We’re not stopping here! Next up, we’re rolling out courses, blogs, subscriptions, and tons of new features designed to empower community managers like you.
Cheers,
Ash & the Odd Circles Team 🎉
